Why was my deposit rejected?
There are a number of reasons why your deposit may have been rejected. Here are a few tips on how to ensure successful deposits:
Credit Cards - If you have attempted to deposit using a credit card, your bank may have rejected the transaction. Some banking companies do not accept credit cards for these types of transactions. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and ask that you try to deposit using another method, such as Instant e-checks (ACH). If you prefer to use your credit card, you can open a Neteller account and fund it with your VISA or Mastercard.
Instant e-checks - Make sure your bank account and routing numbers are accurate. Global Payments/FIS-Certegy, the company who processes these transactions for us, uses certain risk rules to determine whether or not to allow a transaction. One factor in this approval is the transaction amount. Because of this, you may also see success by trying a smaller deposit amount.
Online Banking - You must have the “Bill Pay” feature enabled on your online banking account before you can use this deposit method. You must also have sufficient funds available in your account.
